It isn’t often that one can say that, but for the last 4 weeks I sat down and I used all my skill and experience to develop a brand new set of training courses from the ground up.

The development of this course was driven by my observation that there is a total lack of new, current and relevant material to assist large Engineering and Mining companies cope with the current downturn in the economy. It is specifically optimised for employees who are exposed to projects in the work place. They may be senior line managers who just want to deliver on their projects a little better, or they may be full time project managers who need to upscale their skill sets.

Naturally the course, drawing on my vast experience of successfully delivering Project Management training courses all over the world, has some very unique features which could benefit your organisation tremendously.

The title is “Certificate in Project Management for Line Managers” and it is available in 3 levels of technical detail: Concepts; Associate and Professional.
